The keys (`,1, tab, a, z) are not working on my keyboard. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad S145 Windows 11. Keyboard driver has already been updated. Sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't. It has been happening for almost a month now. I need help. Press Windows key + X. Select Device manager. Expand Mice and other pointing devices. Uninstall the touchpad driver. 1. Uninstall the keyboard driver. 2. Reboot the computer (without reinstalling the driver). 3. When it restarts, it should reinstall the driver on its own. Re: Ideapad 110-15ACL keyboard/trackpad not responding. Referring to a youtube video for what is believed to be same as your laptop. Try removing and refitting the flat keyboard cable. You will have to remove the bottom cover. The keyboard cable latch can be lifted with finger nail. This video is for a different laptop. 2) Go into Device Manager, open keyboard device, on Driver tab choose Update > Automatically. If that doesn't find anything try Update > Browse > Let Me Pick to try all previous keyboard drivers. If that fails try Uninstalling the driver, use mouse to restart PC to reinstall keyboard driver. 3 The E, R, U, I, O, P, L, and ; keys are not working on my Lenovo Ideapad 3, model 14AD05. USA. May 3, 2022. #1. Customer brought me a Lenovo Flex 6-14IKB 81EM that is having keyboard issues. It's intermittent. Sometimes keys won't work. Other times they work fine. Other times they'll repeat. An external keyboard works fine in my testing.
