There's a thermal fuse for all the power to the seat. If any of the powered seat adjustment is operating, it's not the fuse. More likely a problem with the switch or with the motor. Threads of motor issue come up from time to time. There's four motors: seat forward/backwards, seat up/down, seat tilt up/down, seat back forward/backwards.

The electrical seats do not have J136 - unit of command on the memory seats. in short, if only the seats are electrically adjustable, it is not possible to have the key with memory, without replacing the seat switches and have the J136 and E470 (seat switch with memory in driver door).
