Wasnt sure if anyone has had any success with a particular site or if it might not be worth the risk. I went to the Canon site to download the latest firmware for my Canon 5D Mark III, which is version 1.3.5. However, the instructions on the site tells you to verify the size, and no matter what I do or how many times I download the file, the size never matches. The site says the size should be 18.88 2023 Canon Oceania Grants EOS C300 Mark III Firmware Update version 1.0.7.1. Download and install the latest firmware (v1.0.7.1) for your EOS C300 Mark III.
20 hours ago · I suspect this is what failed. Try updating the camera FW again. Follow the instructions carefully. D/l a new copy of the FW and put it on a new formatted SD card. There is no FW for the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens. EB. EOS 1DX and 1D Mk IV and several lenses!

Options. 07-30-2023 06:26 PM. Hello y’all! I have two 30D’s with different firmware versions that I’ve picked up used. One pristine NIB 30D that is running v1.0.4. (I’m assuming that’s what they originally shipped with) and one badly battered and bruised 30D that is running v1.0.6. The battered and updated copy works fine with EOS I think you need a serial number to download Canon’s DPP4. I think EXIFTool is free. Printer Software & Networking; Canon Summit 2023

Camera Card to Computer - images missing. I took approximately 10 images at the beginning of my morning out shooting that did not show up when I was importing from the card to the computer. These are the first 10 on the card for this morning. They are still on the card and show in the camera. Then I inserted the battery to start up the camera. The firmware was updated to 1.1.9. I formatted the SD card in the camera. Then I restarted the camera. When I pressed on the set button and re-checked the firmware, the above wording appeared. I then inserted another SD card and formatted it in the 6D. Checked firmware version and " Memory
