This means that when you are playing the game, your viewmodel will take up 66% of the screen. FOV stands for field of view. The field of view is the amount of the game world that you can see at any given time. The higher the number, the more of the game world you can see. How it work? After that, there are two new console commands: viewmodel_fov_override and fov_override. The first command is responsible for the FOV of the hands, the second - a common FOV. You can put any value. For example: viewmodel_fov_override 90. fov_override 75.
